With a view to enhancing passenger services, Collectif Média s.e.c. and its partner Cogeco Métromédia have installed Métrovision digital screens in every Montréal métro station.
As a result, relevant information is now broadcast system-wide to provide passengers with the arrival time of the next trains, métro service status, weather and news updates, and emergency instructions when required.
In 2013, the métro system was home to 116 screens at 16 stations.
Today, all 68 stations are equipped with screens. In fact, with no fewer than four screens at each station, the métro system now boasts a total of 337 Métrovision screens.
